Custom sessions, tailored your specific needs. Every session is similar, but no one session is the same. I connect with higher consciousness, spirit guides, and universal wisdom, with the goal of transforming your current state based on your pure intentions. I impart Spirit's innate intelligence, by interpreting its gifts and pass these gifts on to you.
Nothing! Your soul has agreed to have the work done, it's up to me and Spirit to do the work. You may feel called to meditate on what you are going through, and how you would like to feel after the session concludes.
I start off by blessing the space and securing the room. I ask you what you've been experiencing, what you need from the session, and anything else that's crucial for a session that's for your highest, greatest good. You are fully clothed, with your shoes off, resting on your back. You may fall asleep, have emotions or thoughts rise to the surface, see or hear things, or have changes in body temperature. Anything that you experience is completely natural. Any thoughts or emotions that come to the surface are meant to be released. Allow and acknowledge them. I will use clearing tools, instruments, my voice, and Divine Channeling during your session. For more information, please refer to the Vibrational Energy page.

Group sessions are always focused on a monthly theme (such as Unconditional Love, Grief, or the Winter Solstice). I speak on the chosen topic, which includes tips, mantras, and at home exercises. We then go into some Somatic Yoga stretches and Somatic Breathing exercises or meditations, followed by a group Healing Session. Great for dipping your toe in and engaging in a new experience. You can visit the Events page for more details. Please note that RSVP is required, and cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance, or you run the risk of paying the entire fee.
I am available by appointment at K. Lotocke Acupuncture in Rock Tavern, NY- a 2025 Hudson Valley Community Choice Award winner! I also make personal calls to your place or business in the Hudson Valley area.
